Hotel is old

Needs a lot of upgrades, the toilet was dirty, the microwave burn and the fridge very old. We stay 4 night and i prefer clean the room by my self, the only day they vacuum, they don't pick up the towels..and i never has refill on towels or toilet tissue. The beach water was not clean, we prefer go to an other beach around, Santa Rosa Beach was better, we did not use the beach hotel.

Great location

Pros: Right on the beach, staff very very nice and accommodating
Cons: More showers, more staff for cleaning purposes, trim the trees.
The hotel was fine. There was only one elevator for each building which was not enough. The breakfast was very good with plenty of room to sit, and lots of options. The room cleaning service did not seem to happen. Every time we would call to get our room cleaned they were usually too busy and would send us down to get our own towels or toilet paper.

Room had mold

Room had black mold and red stains on the carpet. Paid for beachview but got poolview.asked for non smoking but got smoking room. The pictures online are misleading. The hotel in the picture is the one next door.

Exactly what I expected. Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice. Right on the beach.

The staff was great and hotel was in walking distance from restaurants although it was 4th of July not enough linens, towels wash clothes the room reeked of loud moldy smell I'm assuming the carpet was wet at some point although it was beach front

I think it was updated but still outdated room everything was of the cheapest , the bed was comfortable great view of beach nice free breakfast could be bit better tv connection was horrible

Unable to check in until 5.5 hours after check in.

Pros: DO NOT STAY HERE
Unable to check in until 5.5 hours after check in time. Fridge didn't work. Wifi, didn't work. TV didn't work. One roll of toilet paper. Manager refused to talk to me. Was told I would be comped a night. Called Expedia and was told the manager of hotel was unavailable and would call me back. Expedia never returned my call.

Very close to a great beach

Pros: Beach was great
Cons: Do some routine maintenance
Overall rooms were okay. Door keys weren't working right for a lot of people and it didn't seem like they were keeping up with maintenance, but overall our stay was fine.
