The price was very reasonable and, as usual, there was a reason for this. Lots of noise during the day and hard to get into and out of the condo during regular work hours. The location is excellent but, IMO, the owner should have been much more explicit about the ongoing renovation/construction. If you plan to stay here be sure to ask if they are still working on the renovation. ##### Archie M. So we were awaken every morning at 7 am with pounding, sawing, talking and music. We had a parking spot that went with the unit which we were only able to use a few days because of the work going on. There could have been more communication about all of this. Location is terrific and we did enjoy many things that the area had to offer. ##### John G.
