The owner has graciously left kayaks, paddleboards and bikes for guests use too. Travel between floors with ease in the elevator. Upstairs is the first floor living area where the fun begins. The gorgeous updated kitchen has solid surface counter tops, tiled backsplash, LED lighting and of course all the appliances you will need to cook your favorite meals. The TV is extra large and when you're not watching your favorite TV shows you can step out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy views of Sabine Bay and share a drink with family and friends. The second level hosts two bedrooms each with a private bath. The primary bathroom has a great walk-in shower with a rain shower faucet to wash away todays sea salt and suntan lotion. The gulf is a quick hop across the two lane road to a boardwalk making easy beach access for any age. This property is also pet friendly! This upscale townhome is within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant which is a locals favorite. We had a blast fishing on the bay in the provided kayaks — I’m usually a lay on the beach all day type person, but I think the time spent on the bay was my favorite part of this trip. The property itself was perfect for us! It was clean and tidy, but still felt very cozy. And the elevator! We loved using it to send luggage up/down & admittedly used it a few times to skip the stairs after a long day in the sun.
