Building was very quiet while we were there in mid- December. There is a reserved parking spot in the covered garage but the person in the next spot was using half of ours every time he parked! So we just parked outside - there was plenty of parking. Beach access was very easy - just a short walk. Unit had everything we needed. ##### Stephanie E. The view was amazing, covered parking, easy access to the beach, and very convenient having access to the chairs and umbrella service. The unit could use some TLC and decorating. Sparse furnishings were uncomfortable, mattress was too soft and sheets didn’t fit, tv programming hard to navigate, batteries in tv remote in bedroom were dead(found more batteries in kitchen), kitchen sink handle loose and installed opposite of how it should be(hot/cold), and no shower pressure control. We especially loved the easy access to both the beach and the pool—it never felt crowded, and everyone we met was super friendly.
