The host was very responsive. The heated pool was everything and we even had our own private fenced in “beach”. Perfect!! We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There were so many added amenities like the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It's a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Right across the street has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset! Rob was a perfect host! He responds quickly and efficiently. Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular. Check in was a breeze, our dogs absolutely loved the yard and our kids had so much fun in the pool! Despite it being quite chilly outside, the pool was heated enough for us to get in and enjoy some water time! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there with our 3 kids (5,2 and 1) and the house was very kid friendly and toddler safe! We will definitely be back sometime! ##### Kristie U.
