Brand new to our Signature Collection, Emerald Dolphin 730 is a gorgeous three bedroom condo that will take your breath away from the moment you step inside the door. Right away when you open the door you’ll be blown away by the view of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling windows lining the living room. Whether you decide to relax on the couch or grab a glass of some and feel the breeze as you lounge on the balcony, you’ll have that amazing sight to keep you company! The master bedroom boasts a comfy king size bed, more floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony. And the master bathroom is fit for a princess! The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and entry to the guest bath, which is also accessible from the hall. Across the hall the kids will love sleeping in the twin over twin bunk beds! The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals just like at home of you do choose. Or, please your pallet with an array of dining options ranging from food trucks and diners all the way up to fine dining. You won’t go hungry! Emerald Dolphin offers an on site pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center. Beach access is directly across the street. Adventure lovers will delight in activities available from jet ski rentals and parasailing to UFO mini golf and funny car rentals. History buffs will enjoy the proximity to Fort Pickens National Park just down the road (you can even catch the Blue Angels practice sessions from there!) and historic downtown Pensacola, about a twenty minute drive away depending on traffic. Music lovers, don’t fret! You’ll find live local music at a number of bars and restaurants, and on the beach every Tuesday night from April through October. Emerald Dolphin is in the ideal location to relax on the beach during the day, away from the crowded areas, but you’re close enough to head fish there and partake in the fun too!
