It's as pictured. Very close to the beach (ocean), beautiful views of the sound from the balcony, we saw dolphins every day. Communication with the host was great. I would recommend getting new pans as the Teflon ones are all scratched, we weren't planning on cooking a lot so it didn't affect us too much. We would stay again when in the area! They loved it as much as we did (why we came back). Never stayed anywhere that we could be on same balcony and see sunrise and sunset which we love. Pool is nice and quiet, used both times, short walk across street to beach. We will definitely stay again. Spacious unit. Some amenities like coffee maker but no coffee. Also no beach towels, chairs, or umbrella. We had to buy an umbrella for our day at the beach. We flew in from out of state so couldn’t bring those bigger items. Didn’t hear much from manager & I don’t think we had access to pool (no key) although we weren’t planning on using it so it was fine. Im sure she would have told us how if we asked! Great area with beautiful beaches across the street, walking trail along the coast. Fun to do glow paddle at night which is close by. ##### Jennifer M. Fully stocked with everything needed, including loaded kitchen, extra pillows and blankets. Personally greeted by property owner and left cookies and a card the night before check out.
