Large stone house within a short walk to local Foodland and then main street shopping/dining opportunities just a touch down the road. 4 large and comfortable bedrooms with each having a smart TV that has FTA channels already logged in. The house features a fully sized and equipped kitchen and separate lounge and dining areas. A large split system, slow combustion fireplace, large TV and piano complete the living/entertaining areas. Pets are very welcome, just avoid beds please. And there is also a BBQ area courtyard where hounds can be outside and secure.. Dogs were happy in the home and small garden area. Some of the listed appliances didn’t quite work as expected but the owner said he would look into getting them working again, ie dishwasher and air conditioner in lounge. Comfortable beds and kitchen cupboard well stocked with seasonings and the complementary offerings were a nice surprise. ##### Hayley B.
