Well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lounge room ,comfy beds, and views to die for. The verandah is huge with sweeping views of Cape Jervis and Hog Bay. It is an all weather verandah as it has clear blinds to protect you from all weather conditions. We had all our meals on the verandah looking at the stunning views. Even the roadside verandah has a gorgeous rose garden. We couldn’t think of anything else we would need here. This is our 8th or 9th trip to KI and this is by far our favourite stay. My family and I which includes two teenage children have just spent 4 days at the Island Rose and found the property very clean and comfortable with everything we required for an island stay. Thanks Lydia and Nancy for making it so easy and the bottle of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. We spent many hours on the balcony taking in that great view of the beach which is better than the photo!! Worth noting that this property not only has a fireplace for winter but ducted air conditioning too which is great!
