"We had an amazing travel experience at this villa. Giuseppe, the owner, was great and responsive. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. "The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more.
