Entire unit was spotless, great location right on the water, about 20mins south of Geneva. Excellent communication with the owners as well. We’ll definitely come back in the summertime!

#### Great Dock & Clean Property

The outdoor space and view really shine here. The dock area is spacious without neighbors very close by.The property is clean, well maintained and has a great fully stocked kitchen.We absolutely loved our stay!

#### Gorgeous October weekend

We were lucky to have incredible weather for October and enjoyed the area immensely (Penn Yan, Geneva, Watkins Glen). The property was ideally located, very clean, quiet. Lakefront views with coffee in the mornings, hikes and bike rides, winery visits in the afternoons, and delicious farm to table meals for dinner. Great stay with attentive hosts.
