Gorgeous Farmhouse with lake view

Farmhouse with back deck with views of walking trails and a flowing crick and woods. With a very nice front porch with view of Seneca Lake. With picnic areas and fireplace. Also, barbecue grill. Access to woods and walking trails. Less than a mile from Seneca Lake wine trail. Very nice to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. We do have wifi for your devices.

Great location

The property was perfect for my group of 6. There were many spaces to enjoy including the patio, deck, and backyard area. Games, ping pong table, etc. were all a nice touch. The fire pit was perfect for a nice evening. Instructions were labeled very clearly by the host. Thank you so much!

Great location for 8 guests

We stayed here for a birthday wine tour. Host was very responsive in preparing for our stay. The location and property of the home are fantastic, located in a very private lot with nature all around. We did encounter a bat in the house the first night, but had no more trouble after escorting it out. The house itself is very nice, kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. The home did feel more suited to our group size (8) vs 10-12, seating in the kitchen and living room may get a bit cramped with that many guests. We did not have anyone stay in 2 of the bedrooms as the basement room is a bit musty and another room was very small. Overall a good home and place to stay in the finger lakes but 1. Be prepared for the nature you’ll encounter at a farm property and 2. If you’re going to use more than 4 bedrooms, review the pictures and ensure you’re comfortable with the accommodations.

Great location. Just a few negatives- coffee pot didn’t work well and directions for garbage were a little unclear. Otherwise everything we needed. Kids loved game room in garage and volleyball net. Nice fire pit. Front porch with view of lake was perfect for coffee and drinks

Great Farmhouse in Great Location!

This is my third stay at this property - that should tell you everything that you need to know! The property has everything you need to escape reality for a few days - great house, large deck with grill, huge garage with lots of room to play games. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful outdoor property

We stayed here for a family wedding at Keuka Lake State Park. The property was beautiful, lovely front porch, back deck and land for kids to run. Property manager was excellent at getting back to me when I had questions. We also left a kindle there and they were wonderful about returning it to us. I only gave an OK rating because they should not count the basement bedroom as a place to sleep. There are 2 queen size beds down there but even with a dehumidifier, it was musty and creepy. No one stayed down there. Also, the king size bed was not very comfortable and a bit odd off the living room., not very private. Overall the property served our purpose and is beautiful outside, but the downstairs bedroom shouldn’t be counted as appropriate for guests.

Great place with beautiful views

The house was amazing- clean and big. The property was beautifully kept. The views were perfect. Our only complaint would be the beds in the basement - there was a slight musty odor that deterred anyone from staying down there- opting for the pullout couch instead. Overall, we did really enjoy this property and the ease of contact with the property manager. We would stay at this house again and recommend it.

Wonderful Home, Large Garage, Very Comfortable, Great Location

This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay this time as much as our first time. We enjoy having the large back deck to socialize and enjoy dinner. This home has everything you need to enjoy the Finger Lakes region. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family spot

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of space and clean place with AWESOME view and grounds. Just to note the basement with the small game tables is not finished at all and very musty and difficult stairway. And the beds downstairs are also very musty smelling area. And agree one of the 'bedrooms' upstairs is a mattress on the floor of a walk in closet (but it was fine). One suggestion for the owners - move the game tables from the basement into the garage (at least for spring thru fall) - basement is not really conducive for hanging out and playing games as a family...Would have been great to have those in the open air in the garage - would have been used by my family at least if they were there. Would stay here again!

Great Property, Great Location, Great Hosts

Property was great. I loved that it was a farmhouse surrounded by fields, making it incredibly peaceful and private. The house had everything we needed and the listing and photos were pretty accurate. 3 things to note about the property: (1) there is no TV, which I loved. It forced us to spend time outside on the front porch and back deck (which were both great, and had amazing views). I especially liked this because my kids (and myself, admittedly) spend too much time in front of screens. (2), The largest bedroom with the 2 largest beds were located in the basement. The basement smelled like a basement, and although it was clean, that room was definitely my last choice of room to sleep in. (3) One of the rooms listed as a bedroom was actually a closet with a mattress in it. Yes, there was a window, but it was a walk in closet, not a bedroom. Also, for those who care, there is no bathtub. Overall a really good property in a great location with great views.

Exceptional Home!

I did not except the handmade quilts, beautiful gardens, cut flowers or hummingbirds! This home is spacious, clean and exceptionally well equipped. The property is isolated but convenient with exceptional views. The trails are beautifully maintained. So much to do that the kids didn’t miss a TV or ask for internet! My highest recommendation, hope you get to experience seeing rain form over the lake from the front porch! My dog approves too!

Had a great thanksgiving weekend! Plenty of room for people to sleep. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful kitchen. Our family came from different places in New York to enjoy thanksgiving together! Went for a nice walk thru the woods.

Great Home, Large Garage, Very Comfortable

This property worked great for my group. We have been attending Watkins Glen NASCAR race for years and wanted to do something different from camping at the track. This house worked great for us - very large deck, plenty of beds, and a large garage. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked the same property for next summer!

Best Stay You Could Imagine!

I can’t sum up how amazing our stay was but I’ll try! The house was so spacious, stunning and accommodating! With all you could need away from home and then some, you won’t find a better place to be! Sitting on the porch swing staring out at the lake and rolling hills is something out of a storybook! Having games downstairs for the family to enjoy like pool, ping pong and darts was perfect! Walking trails from the backyard. Our host Johanna was absolutely amazing and at our beck and call. We plan to return from half way across the country to be here again, we could not have been happier!
