« I showed up to the property and they couldnt find the reservation. The owner did not leave me on the list and they couldn't get a hold of the owner his phone was off. I waited an hour in a half and nobody could get a hold of him i inboxed him and still nothing. I had to find another place to stay. And it has been over 24 hours and still have not heard from the owner. The receptionist could not helpe nor get me a refund. Soooo upset...terrible terrible terrible »

Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. « We loved the property. Very clean and felt very safe. Would definitely rent again as it was very comfortable for my husband and I and our three children. The only thing is that we felt the place could have had a few more things. For example, it only had one garbage bag-we had to buy more and had no laundry detergent. Other then that, great place! »
