It boasts a beautiful garden of 9 m2 with lawn, perfect for a vacation rental or holiday rental. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, Yard, and Internet Wifi, ensuring a delightful stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a shared garden (fenced) with lawn and a kidney-shaped swimming pool (40 m2) available seasonally from June 1 to September 30, with pool opening hours from 10:00-22:00. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Nearby conveniences include a shop (1 km), supermarket (1.5 km), restaurant (1 km), bakery (1 km), café (1 km), bicycle rental (1 km), pub garden (1 km), bus stop "Plaza de la Constitución" (1.5 km), and railway station "Benicarló-Peñíscola" (12 km). Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room granny flat that spans across two levels and covers an area of 70 square meters. The living/dining room features a panoramic window, a sofa bed (135 cm length, 190 cm length), a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the patio. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a bathroom and a separate WC on the same level. Heating is not available in all rooms. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with a French bed (150 cm width, 190 cm length) and a fan, as well as access to a terrace. Additionally, there is another room with two beds (105 cm width, 190 cm length) and a fan. A shower and WC are also available on this level, along with electric heating. The floors are made of parquet.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation property comes with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is provided in the living/dining room, while fans are available in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Satellite TV is available in the living/dining room for your entertainment. The property also features a private patio and a terrace, both furnished with outdoor seating. Other amenities include an iron, a mosquito net suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided as well.
