Aug 30, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy No puedes acceder al apartamento hasta las 17:00 de la tarde. Siempre me voy de vacaciones a apartamentos porque no tengo que depender de los horarios de los hoteles pero este ha sido el peor de todos con diferencia. En las fotos que aparecen el apartamento tiene muy buena presencia la piscina aunque es pequeña en las fotos que tienen ellos parece un espectáculo, pero al llegar al apartamento es deprimente, las paredes de la fachada descorchadas, la puerta de la urbanización tienes que hacer malabares para abrirla porque va fatal, al entrar al apartamento olía a humedad, al reservar ponía que tenía aire acondicionado ( ya que si no lo pusiera no lo habría alquilado), pero al llegar allí y volver a meterme a la reserva ya no aparecía, en su lugar había un triste ventilador en la habitación que lo único que servía era para mover el aire caliente. Llámalos porque también ponía que había lavadora y nos dicen que está en la calle, literalmente la lavadora en un pasillo fuera del apartamento, ningún tipo de producto de limpieza, y no voy a ir de vacaciones para tener que llevarme media casa a cuestas, que mínimo que tengo cosas básicas para poder dejar el apartamento aparentemente limpio. La piscina no tiene ningún tipo de limpieza, los azulejos de la misma están amarillos de la suciedad que tienen. Una vergüenza el precio pagado por un sitio así. ##### sandra g.
