For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 700 m, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop "Plaza de la Constitución" 2.2 km, railway station "Benicarló-Peñíscola" 10 km, sandy beach "Playa Sur" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Peñiscola 4 km, Laberinto Peñiscola (más grande España) 5.4 km, Morella 70 km, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències 140 km, Delta del Ebro 52 km, Port Aventura 120 km.
