Overall we had a good stay however there are some issues that need addressed by the owner.The grill was filthy so we did not use it.There were dirty dishes and the coffee pot had left over coffee so it had to be cleaned before we could use it.There were loose vent covers that are a safety issue,they slide if stepped on because they are not screwed in and are a fall hazard.The amenities state there is a hot tub but there is not.The owner's response when made aware was that it was the cleaning crew from the former renters.We understand that you have to sub out cleaning however there should be an inspection by the owner prior to new occupancy to insure the cleanliness. ##### Andrea M. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and has its own dock in case you rent a boat, jet ski, or just want to take a swim in the lake.
