This place is only good, certainly not excellent, because its location is very good( easy access to Cardiff, Bute Park and stadiums), it is very clean and the breakfasts are excellent. However, the room and the ensuite were disappointingly small,especially for the price! Also, with the exception of the lovely breakfast girls, there was little warmth in the welcome at the main reception desk.Certainly, the least welcoming place we have stayed in for a while!

The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom.
