Welcome to Rolling Sands Retreat! The Sans Souci Suite is part of a charming 5-plex located on a spacious property with 270 feet of stunning shoreline. The property feels like a small resort, with the comforts and luxuries of home, featuring brand-new interiors and modern amenities. This unit is spacious and stylish with a basement and a cozy loft that the whole family will enjoy! The large sandy beach is perfect for families with children, and there’s plenty of space for sunbathing! The San Souci Suite Features: Two Bedrooms + Loft Bedroom \* Bedroom 1: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed (main floor) \* Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed (main floor) \* Loft Bedroom: 1 Double Bed (requires climbing ladder) One 3 Piece Bathroom (With shower) Living Areas \*The basement living area is accessible by a spiral staircase (not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues) and features a comfy couch, foosball table, dart board and smart tv. You can also access the backyard through the walkout basement door. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, from essential cookware and utensils to BBQ tools for outdoor grilling. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests on the property at any time. Exceeding this limit may result in a request to leave, and additional charges for extra guests will apply. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests, including day visitors, are not permitted. Couldn’t have asked for better!!Yard could use some maintenance - more goose poop than I’ve ever seen before and the beach had lots of fresh water seaweed (needed a good raking).Kayaks and paddle boards, paddles and life jackets were plentiful.Apartment is not for those who are afraid of climbing ladders. ##### Heidi V. Check-in was easy, the place was very clean with towels and linens provided. We loved having easy access to the beach and added bonus of life jackets and kayaks/paddle boards.
