Pretty house "Les Sternes" located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the edge of a wooded road that gives access to the bike and pedestrian path leading to,

to the Maresclé beach 700m away, rents a pretty 100 m2 house in Pénestin for 6 people.



Beautiful living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, two shower rooms and WC, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds),

garage.



The house is equipped with fiber optics and wifi.



Attractive 615m2 garden with fruit trees, fully enclosed with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.



The region is renowned for its magnificent beaches, especially La Mine d'Or with its golden cliffs and rugged coastline. Here you can enjoy water sports such as sailing and paddleboarding, as well as mussel picking. The GR34 hiking trail is also nearby. Lila Presqu'île shuttle bus service 50 m from the house, providing bus access to Croisic, Mesquer, Piriac, La Turballe, Guérande, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen, La

Baule, Pornichet,...

Leuk huisje met goede faciliteiten voor gebruik met hond.

Pros: Locatie super, rand woonwijk, dichtbij strand (10 min). Grote omheinde tuin, 2 badkamers, goede keuken Cons: De bedden en stoelen waren niet erg comfortabel (hard). Wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar geen last van gehad.
