Guest have their own yard and private entrance. All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and hot tub a few steps from your rental. You will have access to the full apartment area, outside swimming, walks and hiking. \- PLEASE NOTE: o - Our family occupies the top and middle floor, excluding the suite. We are respectful of our guests and try our best to give them privacy and trust while on the premise. o - Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine! There is also a landline if needed. \*amenities have common age limits and rules and restrictions. Although we try our best to have these amenities available, some require regular maintenance which may limit or prevent the use of them. Wavers may be required upon arrival for the use of certain amenities. \- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: There is a small fluffy white dog (maltipoo) named Pixar, that has access to the outdoors at times. He can be kept from wandering upon request. Please try to bring your own pool towels, if you are unable to pool towels are available upon request. The home is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are! Planning a crazy party with vodka and dub-step all night??? Awesome! But this is Not the place for you. Our family enjoyed our stay there. The house was clean and well furnished. Our crew all lives within a few hours but roads got pretty bad pretty quickly and we all arrived much later than expected, and even with 4 wheel drive none of us were able to get our cars up the driveway. The owners were kind enough to shuttle us (all 13 of us!) and our belongings up to the house in their big beast of a truck as we all arrived throughout the evening. Very much appreciated! It was a wonderful stay and we all had a great time. Definitely recommend this property! The location was beautiful and private while still being close to lots of fun activities and an easy trip into Louisville. The hosts were so helpful and always attentive to our needs. They've given extra care to the little details to make sure you'll always have what you need during your stay (quite possibly the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in). The house was clean, the waterfall was gorgeous, and the pictures online dont do it justice. The pool was perfect, the owners live upstairs which means they are always reachable. Every detail showed that the owners put real care and thought into making this a fantastic place to visit. We have had some very bad VRBO experiences in the past, so I was a little concerned going in this time. My whole family was absolutely blown away by the house. you are getting well beyond your moneys worth here. We plan on returning again next year, and all 16 of the people in our group are excited for the visit. ##### joshua H. We rented the walkout & suite which allowed each family to have their own private bedroom while we still got to share the main living areas. Traveling with little kids and this many adults can be difficult but this house quickly became our home for the weekend giving us a more comfortable & home like place to stay compared to cramped hotel rooms. The owners are wonderful! They have great quick communication and sure knows how to make a rental homey. We have never been to a rental as kid friendly and well stocked as this house.
