There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Clemson on Game Days! The shuttle will start the pick up 3 hours before the game & will run the whole game, it will return you back to the entrance of the housing development up to 2 hours after the game is over. It is FREE! The home has a cozy living area, 3 full size bed rooms, & a pull out sofa. 1 half bath downstairs, & 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill style! Kitchen area is very equipped with all necessary needs! Additionally we have a community pool, and a pergola right outside the back doors, that has seating & fireplaces! The community pool is available for our guest, there will be a key card left inside the home for you to have access. (Lost key card will have a fee of $50) Guest access Guest will have access to the whole entire home. The driveway will fit 4 cars. Additional parking will be along the road, but please be caution with others houses & driveways. Note - Co-Host Dariann is available for any emergency or additional needs. As for the stay, the location is convenient, situated between Clemson University and the city of Anderson, just 10 to 15 minutes from either direction. The townhome was clean, nicely decorated, and met all the needs of my traveling group. Ed Garrison We were in town for a horse show and had a super easy and relaxing stay here. The sidewalks were great for walking the baby in her stroller and we ate lunch in the common area outside a few times.
