This was rated high but I don’t know why. Very run down with few upgrades. Waited for someone to come to the desk to be checked in. Ice machine was like crushed ice. Beds had dips in the middle of sleeping area but was OK for sleeping. The bed was made but sheets not pulled smooth. Looked it had been slept in but I don’t think it was. Bedskirt half pulled down half under mattress. Bath tub had a ring in it.

Generally a good stay. A bit loud in the rooms - could hear hallway activity easily. But otherwise a nice stay.

The hotel is clean and there are a variety of fast food spots with very close walking distance. Pool is 24hrs which is cool. My bed was comfy. Breakfast was easy and good. It could use a couple things. 1) an elevator. I know it's only 2 floors and they give you option. But if there was no option had trouble with stairs or had a lot of gear that would be a problem. And at the door they had duck tape to hold the carpet that was coming up. Otherwise I would stay here again for sure.

The manager that runs this hotel is amazing. The rooms have amazing beds and the pool and spa are always clean. That tells me that the manager and the staff take pride in there work and the property.

This is a good place for the price. Nothing spectacular but cleans and nice with good service. Close to many conveniences and dog friendly. More affordable than the local competition and equal value. It is set back a little off the main street so you have to look for it a bit. Enjoy your stay

Room was clean. Morning staff were professional and courteous. Neighbor hood and landscaping are plain and bare but safe. Breakfast was fair but no meat or eggs. Coffee was great.

We stayed for two nights to watch the NAIA CCC wrestling tournament. Our experience with this hotel was all positive. Check in was easy with the clerk being very friendly and helpful, even after dealing with a couple of ladies that were a bit difficult. Facility was clean and well taken care of. Our only complaint, if we had one, would be that the shower had a high pitched squeal the entire time we used it. We would definitely come back again.

Good value.
Place was clean. Room was fine. Under bed was disquisting. Pool had something questionable at the bottom. But overall it was a food value. Hot tub was nice.

Absolutely the Worst
Rude staff when checking in. Had to pay for licensed support animal, lumpy bed, broken AC/heater, keys didn’t work. The most over-priced room I’ve ever seen.

For $180 a night I expected something far more modern and comfortable than this. The free breakfast was cold cereal, packaged oatmeal, yogurt cups and some muffins. The property was very old, and we could hear those in the room above us as though there were buffalo running through the room. The person at the front desk was VERY nice and did a good job.

The toilet over-flowed upon arriving at our room and created a mini flood. When we approached the front desk, it was clear there was only one employee covering the property. She handed us a stack of towels, a plunger, floor cleaner and a mop. Nothing says welcome to your hotel like unclogging the toilet and scrubbing down the bathroom and a 1/3 of the hotel floor. Oddly enough the whole room had vinyl floors, so at least we weren’t trying to sop up gallons of water from the carpet. Apparently the plumbing at the whole property is finicky, so switching rooms wouldn’t have made a difference. Also, the electronic keys would only sometimes work, the air conditioner didn’t blow cool air and most of the electrical outlets wouldn’t couldn’t keep the plugs engaged.

Expedia charged me a ridiculous amount for “parking” at the site, but when I asked the front desk upon arrival, they said they never charge for parking. The clerk was very kind to refund me. This facility was basic, as reflected in the price. The building and rooms have some deferred maintenance. The space under the beds were filthy and neither of us were brave enough to bathe in the stained and mildew-smelling shower.

I stayed here while in town on a work trip and had to book a hotel based on the amount the client would reimburse. Almost everything had a layer of dirt. In the room, the coffee maker was so dirty I was not comfortable using it, and the shower head had pink bacteria growth on it. The hot tub in the pool area was atrocious, with a thick layer of brown grime on all surfaces. The only saving grace was the lobby coffee in the morning, which was nice and strong. I would expect this from a $70 motel, but not the 3rd most expensive option in the area behind a boutique hotel and Best Western. I will not book again.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it is a non smoking room, the comforter cover on one of the beds had several splotches of blood on it and lastly, behind and underneath everything was dirty; dust bunnies, human and animal hair. Was not absolutely terrible but wasn’t great and we won’t be staying there again.

Everything is always great but the Boyd's coffee! They have little 4 cup coffee pot in the room and the little pods they give you for it tastes much better! Friendly staff and the rooms are cleaned well!

Pleasant hotel
One of the few dog friendly hotels in town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities of the 24hr hot tub and to go breakfast. Nice yard space for the pups.
