Downstairs, have fun in the updated Games Room. It has a foosball table, a 65-inch TV, a pull-out Queen size sofa bed, and a brand-new Kitchenette.

A short stroll brings you to charming beaches, a marina, and a picnic spot.

The outdoor elevator, from the paved driveway down to the front door, makes this gorgeous oceanfront property easy to access.

Pender Island provides all the amenities required to shop for groceries at two well-stocked stores, wine and liquor at government and private stores, a pharmacy, two bakeries, restaurants, and a pub.

At Brownings Marina, you can rent kayaks, or charter boats, swim in the pool or eat at the pub or restaurant.

Just a short ferry ride or floatplane from Vancouver, Seattle, and Victoria, "Eagle Rock" is located in the Southern Gulf Islands on Canada's beautiful Pacific West Coast.

Guest accommodations at this vacation home offer private spa tubs and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds, dining tables, and kitchen islands. Kitchens or kitchenettes offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards. Housekeeping is provided on request.
