It is located in a closed estate with wide spaces. Distributed over two floors, it has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, a bathroom and the washing machine room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with double beds, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a corridor typical of the area to which both bedrooms have access. Also on this floor we have two complete bathrooms with showers. There is the option of 3 extra beds on request and price, sleeping in extra beds and sofa bed. All rooms are very bright and sunny. At the entrance, there is a very spacious 60 m2 enclosed terrace, with a porch and equipped with three tables for outdoor dining, where you can enjoy the tasting of a large barbecue that is also available for the service of this flat.
