You have total privacy indoors and at the backyard. (6) Home is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The noise alert devices do NOT record any audio or video. The system monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). The system sends automatic alerts to hosts, after host is notify of any noise alert in the property or in the outdoor area, the host will notify the guest. If guest is not complying host will notify VRBO and local authorities. We Respect our neighbors as part of our VRBO community. We appreciate your collaboration. (7) House is equipped with an occupancy detention device that alert host when occupancy levels are higher than expected. (8) After the 10th guest an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is automatically apply to your reservation. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
