You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. We are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay. Situated in the picturesque Giles County, Virginia, this neighborhood embodies the essence of small-town charm amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Surrounded by rolling hills and the majestic Walker Creek, residents here enjoy a serene and close-knit community atmosphere. Whether you're exploring historic downtown Pearisburg, taking a leisurely stroll along the riverfront, or admiring the vibrant foliage in the nearby national forests, Giles County offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Outdoor enthusiasts will find no shortage of recreational opportunities in Giles County. Embark on a scenic hike along the Appalachian Trail, which winds through the rugged terrain and offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and inviting and contains a smart TV along with board games, card games, poker set, and even a nintendo system! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The dining table seats 4, or you can grab a chair on the deck and eat outside! The cabin contains one bedroom featuring a king size bed with an adjustable matress, touch lamps with USB charging ports, and a closet to keep your belongings during your stay. There is also one bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. Outside you'll find a large deck to sit and relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the nature surrounding you. Across the road there is a large level yard with a fire pit and creek access. Spend your days fishing, floating, or just relaxing by the creek! Lazy Days is easily accessible by car and is conveniently located in Pearisburg, VA. If you are traveling by air, the closest airport is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, which is approximately an hour from the property. Once you arrive at the property, you can park your car in the driveway, which has space for up to two cars. From there, you can easily access the main entrance of the house. Door keypad is located on the front door of the house. There is very little cell phone service at the house but there is a landline telephone if needed. \- Coffee Maker (Regular & Keurig) Propane (for grill): 1\. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4.We DO NOT provide propane refills. It was clean, well organized and neat. The bed is comfortable. Heating/AC worked well. It is in a very remote location a few miles off the four line highway, down a narrow, dark paved road, and then onto a narrow, dark unpaved road for the last 1/8 mile or so. It’s a very quiet area. Couple minor issues—the light bulbs in the ceiling fan in the living room did not work, but the fan itself worked. And all the lights and power in the bedroom stopped working during our first night. We could not find the circuit breaker box. I did message the property manager but did not receive a response. Neither of those issues really affected us much—there was plenty of other light available, at least during the day. Nice place, but remote! ##### Angelo L.
