The villa also features a storage room for bicycles, a sun terrace, and a storage room for skis, catering to your recreational needs.

The property boasts a private garden spanning 3,000 square meters, offering ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The garden is adorned with lush lawns and trees, creating a picturesque natural environment. The villa features a bright and comfortable living/dining room with a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen and home cinema system. The living room leads out to a spacious terrace. The accommodation includes one double bedroom, one room with two beds, another double bedroom equipped with a radio, CD-player, and hi-fi system, and an additional room with two beds and a flat-screen TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-equipped with a large, open kitchen featuring an oven, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. It also has two shower rooms with bidets and toilets. Heating is available throughout the property. Outside, you can enjoy a large 100-square-meter terrace with furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and valley. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access.
