« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« I went to check in at first she couldn't find my name and she ask for my conformation so I showed it to her and she said my reservation was canceled but it wasn't on my end. My reservation was for $186 but she had to redo my reservation it took her a second to figure it out she could definitely use more training on the computer and her customer service which was terrible after she finally got my reservation figured she told me it was $253 dollars for 1 night and I told no ma'am I would not pay...

« We usually love Home2Suites and seek them out when we travel. This time it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed Sun to Mon this Memorial Day weekend. We were told at check in AND the sign in the lobby stated breakfast went until 10am on weekends and holidays. This morning was Memorial Day and by 9:01 breakfast was being cleared. Its especially frustrating when you are relying on that breakfast and you paid for it. No do nkt disturb signs were provided in the room and housekeeping was...

« The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out. »
