Appartamenti grandi e puliti. Piscina ed esterno molto bello (peccato non averlo usato a causa della pioggia). Unica cosa negativa che consiglierei di migliorare è l’accesso. Siamo arrivati quando era buio e non è stato immediato capire quale fosse l’accesso alla struttura sia pedonale che del garage non essendoci indicazioni. Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. The staff was helpful and kind but there were only 3 people working on the entire place, no receptionist, no concierge, no customer service. Für eine Nacht war es ausreichend. Alles sauber und freundliches personal. Das parking war zudem inbegriffen und ins Dorf Pelago hat man zu Fuss nicht lange. Jedoch war das Bett unbequem und die zimmer etwas steril eingerichtet.
