This two-story property, surrounded by trees and meadows, has been renovated in 2024 and offers amenities such as Internet WiFi and parking. It is situated in an elevated position on a slope, with a shared property featuring a fenced lawn and trees.

You will stay in a 4-room semi-detached house spanning 100 square meters over two levels, offering comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The entrance hall leads to a double bedroom with a hand-basin and access to a balcony. There is also a children's room with two bunk beds and a balcony exit, as well as an additional room with a single bed. The property has a shower and separate toilet. On the lower ground floor, you'll find an open living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, leading out to the garden and a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules, accompanied by a dining table. There is a separate toilet on this level as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property features gas heating, available from October 15th to April 30th, and natural stone floors throughout. Enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a balcony, two large terraces, and a large garden with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. Marvel at the panoramic views of the lake and mountains from the comfort of your vacation home. Convenient amenities include a children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, Wi-Fi internet access (free), and parking.
