"We got into Lake Como late, checked into the hotel. Room was nice, clean but a little dated. Layout where our room was a little difficult to find without assistance. Breakfast was really good. Would stay there again. Beautiful views. "

"Arrived after a late flight. Only 5 mins in taxi. Lovely modern hotel with very nice rooms and nicely decorated public areas. Despite being close to the airport, there was no outside noise. Nice drink before bed, and lovely continental breakfast before heading on holiday. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room is cozy and clean. Staff if very cooperative and helpful. Parking is good. Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day. "

"We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."

"We arrived early-the room was ready- clean, very comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and due to the stormy weather we also ate at the hotel in the evening which was good, as was the breakfast. We toured the lakes and stayed here as well as Como itself - we preferred this - a short walk over the bridge to the nearest town, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The morning after the storm brought out the kite surfers and yachts - great spectacle from our balcony. Parking is a proper underground car park adjoining the hotel - ideal if there is a a storm. Can't fault the stay"

"Only a few spots for parking, but nice and close to the train station. Amazing an helpful staff, who new good Englishand were ready to help all the time. Amazing breakfast as well. I would say spend the extra money and get the lake facing view. "
