"Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers.
Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "

"The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy.
Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa.
Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night.
We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

"We stayed 4 nights here half board in the Superior Suite and had a wonderful experience. The hotel opened in May ‘23 so everything is extremely modern and aesthetic which provides great vibe and atmosphere.
More important was the excellent quality of service provided by all the staff here. Particularly from the Cantina restaurant where Chef Nicolas and Restaurant Manager Stefanos were extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements and were able to set us an exquisite menu each day. We can confirm this hotel is vegetarian friendly, just be sure to speak to the chef and management team when you arrive. The hotel reception and bar staff were super helpful; we did not encounter anyone here that wasn’t friendly, welcoming and willing to help.
Our favourite aspects of this hotel:
- Great vibe, relaxing atmosphere and beautifully decorated
- Outdoor gym even includes a reformer Pilates machine
- Supermarket next to hotel
- Bus stop outside the hotel where you can go to Lindos or Rodos Town for €4 per person. Make sure to ask Reception for the bus timetable to plan your trip. Busses are safe for tourists and really convenient.
- Mountain View’s are simply beautiful - there are 2 trail routes to hike this.
- Quiet location, about 25 minute walk to Kolymbia town where there are more shops/restaurants
- Despite being a 4*, you still get things like Robes/slippers in the room, pool towels, complimentary 1L water everyday, welcome drink on arrival, escorted to room on a"

"The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel.
Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable!
The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had.
Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day.
Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect. "
"We only stayed at Eagles Nest for one night, to use it as a base for looking around Lindos. The hotel was clean and a really pleasant place to stay. Staff were excellent and in similar circumstances, we would stay there again."
"Experience outside of the room was fantastic. Food was incredible and the staff in the bars and restaurants catered to your every need.
Air conditioning wasn't working in our room for half of our trip and none of the receptionists took our concerns seriously. Our bedroom light didn't turn off at night twice so we had to go and visit reception for them to fix it at midnight, as our phone wasn't working so we couldn't contact that way. Our fridge was also warm, so the drinks that we had bought from the shop (we were not all inclusive) were not pleasant to drink, and the chocolate we put in it melted. Again, no staff listened to us and just told us it was a consequence of the fires on the island. However, no other guests were experiencing any of this so really was just a room issue. We were only taken seriously when we said we wanted to move rooms. Shame that we spent so much money for lack of comfort for half of our holiday. "

"Everything was amazing. Food wise many options, you have to walk a bit to the beach but that’s fine for me.
Animation was good and hotel stuff very nice and always trying their best to satisfy the clients.
Everything was amazing until the fires reach us. "
