You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### An outstanding luxury retreat set high on a hill in the town of Peebles.

Relax and unwind in a luxury apartment set on a hill overlooking Peebles and the surrounding countryside.  
  
On cooler evenings snuggle up next to the log burner in the living room and on warmer evenings relax on the secluded garden terrace to barbecue or simply watch the summer sunset. Relax with friends in the dining area overlooking the town or watch a film in the cinema room.  
  
Dilkusha is at the top of a hill in the center of Peebles, offering magnificent views over this beautiful Borders town and its surrounding countryside.  
  
Dilkusha is an exceptional B Listed property in Peebles, boasting a commanding position offering stunning views over the city and the renowned River Tweed.  
  
The accommodation is a separate ground floor boutique apartment with private terrace, off street parking and independent access. Dogs are very welcome.  
  
With attention to detail that surpasses the typical definition of luxury, the apartment's living areas and private terrace are particularly noteworthy for their exceptional views of the village, and its wood-burning stove offers a cosy retreat after long walks winter or bike rides along the river.  
  
It's just a short walk from the garden and you're in the center of town, where you can enjoy the fantastic restaurants, bars and shops.  
  
The apartment is only accessible via stone stairs and does not have adequate wheelchair access.  
Other things to keep in mind  
The apartment can accommodate up to five people. It has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds (standard single size), and we have a television and a games room with a single bed. Please note that this room has no windows, but it is well ventilated and very comfortable. In the apartment there is also an additional reading area with a comfortable leather chair and a cocktail table.  
  
We offer secure storage for bicycles.  
  
Children are welcome, but please note that the building is located on a hill with a steep garden embankment, so the garden patio is not safe for children.  
  
We welcome two dogs. Please note that due to the nature of the property, the garden is not protected by a fence, so we advise you to keep an eye on your dogs. We have two friendly dogs and, as the apartment is in close proximity to our living area and garden, you may hear the occasional barking.  
  
Access to the property is via stone stairs.
