"Really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. Great location, secure parking and wonderful service. The room was very nice and large. Bed, bedding and towels were very nice. Breakfast and breakfast service were also great. Highly recommend!"
"Very well kept hotel in excellent location. Room was very small and tight. You could not walk around the bed without turning sideways. If driving there, navigate to the Hotel Palatonus Parking, you cannot drive to the hotel address, it is on a footpath."
"We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city.
The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. We were still charged the full restaurant price for this....
