« I stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfy. Property manager was very responsive (after I couldn't figure out the front door..lol). Bed was comfortable, plenty of tableware, fast internet and a small but mighty kitchen. Great for short or long term. »

« Stayed a Thomas’ place for 5 nights while I was training at Wichita State U South. It was a 4 min drive. Perfect! The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe! Overall it was a great stay and good training! »

« This is a cute little house in an older community. There's neighbors pretty close on both sides but seemed friendly. My 16 yr old daughter and I were there for a girls softball trip and it was exactly what we needed. The AC cooled the house down quickly, there's ceiling fans in every room which was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The best part about this house is it was between the two fields we could play at and within 5 minutes of everything you could need - fast food,...

« We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. »
