The apartment offers a kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a shower/WC, floor heating, and 2 balconies with balcony furniture. The view from the apartment encompasses the river and the forest. Furthermore, it provides facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot, as well as internet access (WiFi, free).  
  
Other Information  
Please note that this apartment is suitable for families and allows one small pet or dog. However, it is a non-smoking accommodation. Safety measures include a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
