The area is a hidden treasure holding breathtaking views of rolling hills, green pastures and meandering trout streams. Once you breathe the crisp mountain air and feel the cool breeze against your skin you will be hooked and drawn to its beauty- walking old dirt roads, crossing one-lane bridges, picking wildflowers along the roadside, and watching the deer as they venture into the pastures at dusk. Our five bedroom mountain haven features a large log house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It overlooks the mountain meadows and Laurel Fork Stream. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, televisions, Wi Fi and a washer/dryer. At the bottom of the hill sits our outdoor living area complete with kitchen and sitting area. Adjoining the shelter are two bedrooms with 2 baths. A large deck adjoins the shelter lining the edge of the stream. During the day, fish, walk or wade in the mountain stream and enjoy hikes through the woods and laurel. Visit nearby Olde Mill Golf Resort, Chatteau Morrissette, Mabry Mill, Primland, Floyd and other local sites. At night, grill a fine dinner then sit by the campfire or on the deck as spotlights illuminate the area. Experience the beauty of this area one time, and you will want to return every year. Words can not describe its magical charm. This is nature at its best! Pebble Creek is our home and a special place. The outdoor shelter along the stream is fantastic. We enjoyed time together around the creek side fire pit, meals at the shelter, corn hole, and giant Jenna. Cows graze nearby and far away; lots of wild flowers everywhere.. A good-sized creek wanders through the property, offering many adventures. We had a perfect girls’ weekend getaway at this property! We loved hiking along the water and enjoying the outdoor kitchen and deck in the evenings. It’s a great escape from all things but nature! The setup is unreal, with a stream going right through the property and the perfect place for us to set up an outdoor movie screen and just chill and watch movies. It’s in the middle of the woods, so you’ll be sure to see your share of animals and creepy crawlers, but nothing you shouldn’t expect for a place as remote and gorgeous as this. My family of 6 (including the family dog) thoroughly enjoyed the stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved spending the days down at the shelter. The kids were in the water tubing everyday. The vast fields allowed for plenty of space for the kids and dog to run around in addition to yard games. This is quite isolated (perfect for quarantine vacation) so there is little cell service but we were able to find pockets of coverage when needing to make a call. The owners provided a portable wi fi at the main house which made the kids happy to be able to check their messages while we were away. Overall, everyone enjoyed reading books, playing in the water and playing games with the soothing sounds of the creek in the background. ##### Amy S. We had a group of guys together for a weekend and were looking for a place to get away from everything for a weekend. The shelter is a perfect place for people to hang out and the stream going through the property is great with some small trout in it. We hope to be back soon! ##### Craig L. In the middle of nowhere done right! The property is beautiful and the outdoor space in the lower area is where we spent all day hanging out and enjoying the access to open fields, fishing and playing in the stream, cooking, exploring.
