"The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. "Breakfast was not good definately. Anywhere that u want to travel for a meal or shopping need a transport.Other than that everything is fine"

"Upon reaching the kids were thrilled. Bus to ferry around is a plus point. The room is spacious and decent clean but after so many years the toilet is showing signs of aging. One of the bath towel is soil so I took a star off. The pool is fun with the slide but the jacuzzi pool may need an upgrade. "
