"The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful."

"I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit."

"A true gem, with chic style! Everything was as described and pictured, spot on. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and private. We loved the comfy king bed. A simple, modern record player with 5 albums was such a pleasure. Property management provided timely, detailed information about parking, access codes, wi-fi and temperature controls. We were there for 3 nights and look forward to return. A shoutout to the "Hilbert Museum of California Art" in nearby Orange, free with a reservation. Many...
