This spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Downstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, and an open-plan living space featuring two relaxed lounge areas and a dining table designed for long conversations and shared moments. Step outside to a covered deck with BBQ facilities, a child & pet friendly garden, and plenty of room for a friendly game of backyard cricket.  
  
Upstairs, a versatile rumpus zone provides an additional lounge and television space, a cosy children’s play nook, and two generously sized bedrooms accompanied by a second bathroom—perfect for families or groups wanting both togetherness and privacy.  
  
With a ping pong table, family games, and local attractions at your doorstep, Gemburra invites you to slow down, unwind, and make memories. Whether barefoot on the beach or gathered around the table, your time here will feel truly special.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly for a refundable deposit bond. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.  
  
Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $1,500.00 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure  
  
Allowance to host your furbaby. One small to medium dog   
  
COAST HOSTING DOES NOT allow 3rd party booking without prior consent.  
  
All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation  
  
COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.  
  
NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council  
  
There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.  
  
PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations.  
  
BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages.
