The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from Saltdean beach and buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road, with services running till 3am every night except Sundays. Brighton is approximately 15 minutes away by bus or car, and taxis cost approximately £15 to £25 for a 4/8 seater. The property itself is a holiday let with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen dining room is fully equipped for cooking, with two doors leading to the garden where there is a large sized charcoal/gas barbecue and seating for 6 people outside.
