Smještena u Pazinu, u srcu regije, idealno je polazište za otkrivanje ove veličanstvene regije.  
Kojim god putem krenuli, pronaći će se za svakoga ponešto, od ljubitelja kulture i povijesti do aktivnih ili amaterskih sportaša, biciklista ili planinara.  
  
Villa Pepa idealna je za svakoga tko traži mir, spokoj, u okruženju u kojem priroda igra glavnu ulogu.  
Prekrasna kuća na osami, okružena zelenilom i pjevom pticom. Kuća je predviđena za 6 ljudi.  
  
Vila se nalazi na parceli od 500m2, okružena zelenom i vrlo bogatom prirodom.  
  
U prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja s blagovaonicom i izlazom prema vani gdje se nalazi i vanjska blagovaonica, kao i komforan dnevni boravak s televizijom i kupaonicom.  
  
Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe. Dvokrevetna soba s terasom s koje možete uživati u prekrasnom pogledu na prirodu i okolicu. Još jedna spavaća soba sa dva odvojena kreveta. Još jedna kupaonica s tušem nalazi također na katu.  
  
Vani možete uživati u natkrivenoj terasi s roštiljem. Bazen sa ležaljkama i suncobranima nudi vam idealno mjesto za uživanje u miru okolne prirode.
