The Stella Brigita holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, 7 km from the town of Pazin, on top of a hill. It is the last property in a row, offering a stunning 360° view and situated on a fully fenced plot of 2000 m². The ground floor is closed, while the first floor, with a total area of 130 m², features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Guests have access to two air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the hallway cooling the bedrooms.For a breath of fresh air, the garden includes a large outdoor pool of 26 m² with furniture for dining and sunbathing. In addition to the spectacular view from the living room terrace, Stella Brigita offers a full nature experience with a barbecue located under a centuries-old oak tree. The deep shade and the scent of lavender are a guaranteed recipe for total relaxation.On the estate, guests can taste various seasonal fruits, enjoy the olive grove producing its own olive oil, and grapes for homemade brandy. All products are available to our guests.The nearest shop is 500 meters away, while restaurants and supermarkets are 2-5 km. The nearest beach is 20 km from the property, as are two waterparks and a zip-line 7 km away. The romantic towns of Motovun and Grožnjan are 20 km away, and the frescoed basilica and many other attractions are just a 20-minute drive.Staying at Stella Brigita offers privacy and relaxation in nature, with a focus on Mediterranean herbs.
