Unit Layout  
The vacation house is a 3-room property with a total area of 90 square meters spread across two levels. The living room features a satellite TV, while the kitchen is equipped with various appliances and amenities such as a hot plate, three gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an open-hearth fireplace, although it is solely for decorative purposes, as well as a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the same level.  
  
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a folding bed measuring 75 cm in width and 185 cm in length. This room also has a shower and a separate WC. The second bedroom features two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a folding bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room also has its own shower and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation house comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include a washing machine, a barbecue area, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. The property can accommodate a maximum of six guests and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The vacation house does not have a heating option, but it does have a terrace measuring 40 square meters that is partially roofed. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs. Additionally, the property offers free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house with a private entrance.
