Terraced house on one side, garden front facing east.  
Garden with terrace overlooking the countryside  
 Large Outdoor Table Gas Barbecue Jacuzzi  
 West facing garden as well as the living room dining room.  
 Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher microwave induction hob coffee maker  
 A room of 14 m² with dressing room and 140 bed  
 Small room with a bed of 140 and cupboard  
 Very small attic room with bed of 120  
 Bathroom with bathtub  
Dining room with table 160 up to 250  
Living room with two seater sofa and de2 armchair relaxe television 55 inches  
And of course on the wi-fi  
This is my main house Currently undergoing renovation but quite pleasant living  
 Geographically it is located 5 km from Terrasson-la-Villedieu 15 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde 20 km Montignac Lascaux 40 km from Sarlat 60 km from Périgueux  
 You also have the lot la correze nearby with sites like Collonges-la-Rouge Rocamadour etc.   
House located in a very quiet subdivision with very little car passage ideal for children
