The house itself met all of our needs. Great kitchen- well equipped and nice sized. We cooked all of our meal there over the 4 nights. The house had plenty of comfy beds and places to hang out. The patio and backyard were heavenly. Elk came right up into the backyard and the kiddos loved catching crawfish, frogs, and fish in the creek. We did lots of hiking nearby. ##### Lisa K. However, We faced few issues with the property, there was no hot water throughout our 3 day stay. Also the basement/ ground level had strong stench/ odors probably coming from sewage, and we could not use the area/ bedrooms there. We alerted the property management about it, but it was not fixed. Also prior to our stay , the property management reached out and asked for credit card info , which I got to know later was in violation of VRBO policy. ##### Jaisal M. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful and supplied well. The deck overlooking the back yard and the stream behind the house was a little slice of heaven. Easy to find and plenty of space. The kids enjoyed watching TV/movies from the hot tub and playing ping pong. The adults loved sitting next to fire place and watching movies at night. The beds were comfortable and blankets warm even with the night being chilly. I really enjoyed the property and everyone that joined us were in awe of the back porch and yard as well as the cabin! The 3 sitting areas/family rooms made it really nice for kids to watch their shows or play their games while the adults enjoyed the other ones separately. The stream out back was nice to sit by while we cooked up hot dogs by the back fire or sat in the swing. The fire pit by back deck was very convenient being just a few steps out the back door for quick fire and s'mores and get the littlest kids back inside quickly when it gets really cold. If staying during winter I suggest turning basement fireplace on as soon as you get there. We arrived ahead of the rest of the group and disregarded the basement till they got there and it was cold but just 2 hours of that fireplace going heated it back to comfortable. Only small con from this place is hot water does become sparse with many people in there but we alternated shower times just a little bit and solved that problem quickly. The view from back porch was amazing even spotted elk up on the hill. There is a curious squirrel that we saw very often running through the trees on property. Front yard is huge. ##### Tysen J.
