Our room was only partially clean. We had one shower towel in our room with no hand towels. There was a dirty coffee cup left in the bathroom. There was no comforter on our bed - only 2 sheets & 1 blanket between the sheets. Our fireplace did not work.

The fireplace didn't work properly. They said that they would either move us or fix it, and neither happened. The property is beautiful and I'm sure was once a top destination.

We were alittle nervous reading some of the reveiws BUT we had hot water, clean room, decent breakfast good location and a nice fireplace in the room. It exceeded our expectations! Would stay again.

The only problem was the toilet made noise all night long so we didn’t get much sleep. The area was beautiful and even though we were on a very busy street we never heard any road noise from our room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. Filled the tub and were ready to turn on the jets. Read the instructions provided and they did not pertain to our tub. There was supposed to be an on and off button on the top of the tub. There was a hole with a cover over it but no button. The following morning we found a switch of the side of the tub to turn on the jets. Oh well.
