Guest access
Guests have access to every area of the home except for certain storage closets. Please note that the Guest House and Saloon (game room with pool table, shuffleboard and theater) are upgrades to this listing and can be added to the home for an additional cleaning fee and $150 per night.

At Revana Realty, every stay is thoughtfully curated for comfort, security, and serenity—for both our guests and homeowners. To uphold this experience, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following:
• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, or events of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests. Up to 6 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.

This cabin is absolutely perfect for large groups and families! This is my second time staying here and will continue to go back!! Only suggestion I have is to get some U of A cornhole boards!! The ASU ones are a little tough to play on :)

Quiet, secluded and just what we needed. Our 2 dogs also had a ball with so much wilderness to explore. We did not take advantage of all of the enormous amount of amenities, as peace and quiet of nature, hanging in the hammock reading and R&R was more what we needed this trip.

#### Great spaces for the whole Family & Friends
By renting the guest house as well as the saloon ever she had there own spaces and the saloon is a MUST. Kitchen in house was well equipped and saloon bar and sleeping was exceptionally nice. Only drawback there was no entry for a handicap person.

#### Great Getaway!
Payson Heights is a beautiful property. We had a group of 12 and stayed in the main house and the Saloon and had more than enough space. The Saloon was perfect for our young adult chuldren to stay in with their own space. We all enjoyed the Saloon and game garage. There was plenty to do as well as just exploring the large property. Check in was easy and communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

#### Everything we needed!
Great get away for our family of 15\. Ranging from grandparents to kids with spouses and grandchildren. The saloon was a perfect addition to our rental with all the games, theatre, and extra beds it provided. It is a rental property in town but with the 5 acre hilltop location you feel all alone. Made use of everything from pool table to tennis/basketball court. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very nice. rustic 6 of us were there so we each could have our own room but it did not sleep 22 as advertised unless you paid additional money for the 2 other buildings on the campus. Only problem was the freezer did not make ice, so we had to run to store to get it.

#### Perfect place for a family vacation.
Loved the house and all that it has to offer. So much room for large groups or a family get together. Kids and adults were constantly entertained that we did not have to leave the property the entire time we were in Payson. The only downside and something that needs to be improved is the septic tank smell that lingers in the basement. Very strong odor which caused us not to be able to use the basement bedroom and tv room.

#### PERFECT Payson Getaway
What else can I say but WOW!!!! I'm from Scottsdale and this little getaway was not only able to accommodate for my family but my brother's entire family as well!!! There was plenty of space on the property for the kids to explore and remain entertained all the while use parents were completely comfortable they were safely enjoying themselves :) for us this ended up being an easy short vacation and for the price I don't know how anybody could go wrong! This property did not disappoint in any way! The property itself was amazing but the views and areas to utilize during the stay just made it that much better. The saloon was an extra charge but worth every penny. The property management company was stellar and very responsive from booking to the minute we walked out the door. We will definitely be back!

Overall this property is amazing. It has some really nice updated features but could use some additional TLC in the main house (get rid of all the carpet). The saloon is a must-have add-on if you plan on having any sort of large group gathering as there is plenty of room for your guests to play games and watch movies. The internet was spotty for running Netflix but there is a DVD player if you wish to bring your own movies. I would stay here again in the future.

We brought 9 adults and 9 children there was so much space and something to do for everyone. I did rent the saloon and recommend renting it. We spent a lot of time in there . We had movie night with the kids in the theater. It was great time. The views are amazing.

We loved the house. There was lots to do, kept the kids busy. Close to town. We would rent again. We did have issues with the internet and some TV's didn't work. I was confused when I would ask questions about the home and get different answers from different people. Over all we had a blast.

We really enjoyed our stay and they was plenty of room to spread out and relax! My only suggestion would be to add more shades on the windows that get direct sun. While I know the views are spectacular; the rooms got really warm at certain times of the day. Would definitely go back! This property is amazing! Incredible views of the rim and a sense of isolation. Yet very close to town and conveniences. It was unusual to have a tennis court and we played. My son is into tennis now and decided to play on his high school team. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was gourmet cooking ready. Beautiful and recommended.

#### Amazing property. Everything you could ask for.
The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Secluded and quiet but close everything you need and want. I would and will recommend this property and company to everybody I can. Thanks for the hospitality.

#### Fantastic, fun family vacation!
Our family of 16 enjoyed being able to do the activities each one of us wanted to do-- whether it was resting, playing pool or tennis or ping pong, watching a sport show on T.V., playing games or just visiting. There was plenty of space for all of us so that we did not feel as if we were closed in. Making meals in the kitchen with the large fridge and stove and all of the dishes and pots and pans made it a breeze. Flora, the housekeeper, was especially helpful and kind helping us resolve a couple of minor details with the outdoor grill and lights. Thanks for a fun few days.

#### Amazing property!
This cabin is more than your average stay in the woods. It really is a magical place. I am a huge fan of the game room which was equipped with cornhole, croquet, fooseball, ping pong etc. This cabin has it all! Even a tennis court, pool table and a fire pit. The views are incredible as well, fully stocked gorgeous kitchen for close family/friend gatherings. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to just relax or play a competitive game of tennis etc.

#### Beautiful drive and awesome cabin
I loved the Payson cabin. The view from the living room and dining room was beautiful. The place had a pool table , a Bags game and even a foosball table. The Fire pit was awesome and my room was huge with a very comfortable bed. I plan on spending more nights at this home in the future.

#### Nice house, but needs serious repairs
Pros - - Plenty of room for multiple people. We had 8 couples and their kids - and we never felt cramped. - Very quiet, at night, you see or hear nothing. - Plenty of games to keep you entertained between pool, ping pong, basketball, tennis and more. They have all of the balls and rackets at the house. - Leftovers from other people. Between games, books and things left in the fridge/cabinets, there's plenty of little items that you may need. - Internet, however is very slow. If more than 1 person uses it, it doesn't work. Not meant for streaming any video. Cons - - I can't tell if the person who owns this property bought it in a really bad condition and slowly is fixing it, or hasn't put any effort into keeping the house in good condition. - Tennis court has a broken net and cracks all over the court. - There's only one working TV in the house, upstairs. The 2 TVs downstairs don't work. There's no TVs in any of the bedrooms. - They need to find new cleaners, some aspects of the house were disgusting like the fridge outside. - Two different locks that lock the house up from the outside don't work. - There are missing lights and burnt out lights everywhere, almost every single room. - The fireplace in the upstairs game room is a hit or miss, sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Emailed owner about it, no response. - The house has no heat circulation, it will only heat the living room and the bedrooms. The upstairs game room or downstairs gets no heat. You need to place space heaters everywhere or else it's about 60 degrees inside. Overall, the house is nice, we were able to look past all the issues and still had a fun weekend up there. The house is in some needs of serious repairs that obviously don't show in any of the pictures.

#### Beautiful Property
This property is in such a great location, and I loved this layout! It was very spacious, and way larger than any cabin I have ever seen! We were checked in when we arrived which really gave it that special touch. The weather was absolutely beautiful , and we were in a semi remote location which was nice. It was nice to get away from the city and unwind.

#### Payson is awesome!
This is one of my most memorable adventures to date! This was a great location, this is more like a mansion than a cabin! It was nice to get away from every day city life, and unwind! 10/10
