Located 5 km from Belvès (all shops, restaurants, etc.), this 70 m² house is semi-detached to the owners' house. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette (gas hob, gas oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), lounge area with fireplace insert. A hallway leads to the first bedroom: one double bed (140 cm). Shower room with shower cubicle. Separate WC.  
  
Upstairs: Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (140 cm). Air conditioning in both upstairs bedrooms. Separate WC. Electric heating. The 750 m² garden is not fenced and is bordered by a hedge. Small terrace with awning. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Shared unheated swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with another gîte and the owner. Fenced. Depth: Shallow end 1.10 m, deep end 2.30 m. Open from June 1st to September 30th.  
Firewood included. No linen or towels provided. Sheets €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €65\. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat. Just 10 km from the Dordogne Valley and its famous castles, this cottage welcomes you to the heart of the countryside, near a peaceful former family farm. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding meadows and woods. 5 km away, discover Belvès, a medieval town listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Within 20 km: the Planbuisson Gardens, the fortified town of Monpazier, Biron Castle, Sarlat, and the Bos ponds, perfect for swimming and fishing. An ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Périgord region.
